Meeting Calendar

The HOA board will meet every quarter, the fourth Sunday of the month in 2026. Each community member is encouraged to attend, virtually or in person. Our next meeting is Jan. 25, 2026 at 2 pm. Location for this meeting is at the East Columbia Branch of Howard County Library, 6600 Cradlerock Way, in room: ECO Studio D/ Studio E as well as on Google Meet. The venue may change each meeting, although we will try and keep it at the East Columbia Branch.

Architectural Requests (Exterior improvements)

You must submit the request form along with the details and plans. Our bylaws require that any addition or change to your house or plot of land be submitted using the Architectural Request form. The form must be approved before any work begins. Maintaining your home with pre-approved colors and structure doesn't need approval!

Our houses and lawns must be kept in good condition. Our covenant states that if we do not keep it tidy and maintained, the board can have a vendor maintain or clean it up at the owner's expense.
