Meeting Calendar
- The HOA board will meet every quarter, the fourth Sunday of the month in 2025. Each community member is encouraged to attend, virtually or in person. Our next meeting is Oct. 26, 2025 at 2 pm. Location is currently at the Ridgely Community Center and on Google Meet through the end of 2025. The venue will change for 2026.
- January 26, 2 pm April 27, 2 pm July 27, 2 pm October 26, 2 pm

Architectural Requests (Exterior improvements)
You must submit the request form along with the details and plans. Our bylaws require that any addition or change to your house or plot of land be submitted using the Architectural Request form. The form must be approved before any work begins. Maintaining your home with pre-approved colors and structure doesn't need approval!
Our houses and lawns must be kept in good condition. Our covenant states that if we do not keep it tidy and maintained, the board can have a vendor maintain or clean it up at the owner's expense.
