Our Covenant states (paraphrased) that if an owner fails to maintain the premises in a manner satisfactory to the Board, the Board shall have the right to repair, maintain, and restore the exterior. The cost of this work shall be added to the homeowner's assessment.

Our Board of Directors are elected by the members of the Association each October to manage the business affairs of SHNA. The Board typically meets once a quarter (all HOA members welcomed) to discuss issues pertaining to the Signal Hill community.
