Signal Hill Neighborhood is located in Jessup, MD and includes Twelve Sons Court, Good Harvest Court and Josephs Coat Court.
Annual Assessment Fees - 2026
Presently our annual assessment is increasing to $215 in 2026. This funds our management company (Tidewater), taxes, insurance, common area mowing, legal fees, etc. For payment address, see our Property Management page.
