Our Location
Signal Hill Neighborhood is located in Jessup, MD and includes Twelve Sons Court, Good Harvest Court and Josephs Coat Court.
Annual Assessment Fees - 2025
Presently our annual assessment is $195, which funds our community spaces and events, as well as paying for the management company (Tidewater), taxes, insurance, etc.. Your assessment fee also goes towards maintaining the value of your home. For payment address, see our Property Management page.
